Can I get a sample?
Yes, 1 sample is available with customized logo! Pls advise the model & steel info, we will check the inventory or produce for you.
How long can i get the scissors?
For inventory scissors , shipment will be within a week after the receipt of payment . For production order, it will be determined by production schedule , about 2-3 month after the receipt of deposit . If you have any interested items , do not hesitate to contact us.
What is the packing?
For standard packing, each scissors will be put in a PVC transparent bag, 40pcs in a box.
Can i have my logo on the samples? the cost?
Yes , the logo marking is free, even if for 1 sample. There are 3 different marking ways, such as white laser, black laser, deep etching (engraving ) , and so on！ The sample costs differently per the material.

How many years has your factory been established?
Our factory was founded in 2003,is a combo of trading and manufacturing of hair scissors and pet grooming scissors. With 20-year experience, as well as steady partners for color titanium coating, scissor accessories, etc.
What is the minimum quantity for mass purchase?
For inventory order, 1 piece is OK. Then we have minimum quantity requirement for production order ,which starts from 50 pieces.

What is your minimum order quantity?
Normally, the minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per model/size/color/steel, however, there are still differences, so it would be recommended to refer to the detail page of the product you are interested in. If you need further clarification, send me the product link, and our sales will reply ASAP.
How long will it take to ship to my address?
For international shipping, it depends on the product quantity and delivery address ( about 3-7 working days to your door steps by Express ). For a specific estimate, please provide those details so that I can quote the most cost-effective option.

What is your payment terms?
30% initial deposit is required to start the production, and the remainder is required before the shipment. Pls contact our sales Rep. for more details.
What is the material of hair (pet) scissors?
The steels we use are 9CR18 from China, and Japanese steels including SUS 440C, VG10.
What is the hardness of your scissors , the top one?
Different steels may have similar hardness, such as about 59±1HRC for our 9CR scissors, and about 59-62HRC for Japanese steel scissors. However, it is not correct that the higher the hardness is the better the scissors are, but it is important to make the scissors get the right hardness.
Do you have a sample to test?
Yes, the testing samples would be provided with sample cost and postage prepaid.
What about the delivery time?
For scissors available from stock, it takes about 3-10working days for logo marking and the Quality Checking before shipping. For scissors which needs production, it will takes about 2-4months according to the quantity of orders.
What colors do you have?
Besides silver scissors, we have different kinds of color titanium, such as black, blue, rainbow, yellow gold, rose gold, Light rose gold and so on.
